Give it fresh, natural things to help it to flourish, and avoid pollutants to your own personal environment, so that you stay as a harmonious, healthy being.
Time to Think About Yourself
The old phrase “your body is your temple” should be replaced with “your body is your world”. It's your vehicle through life; through your body you experience everything that happens to you. If it's healthy and functioning well, you'll find everyday life more enjoyable. For example walking to wherever your going will be a pleasant experience rather than a tiring one, getting up in the morning can be easier and even watching a film can be better because healthy eyes, muscles and joints will be better able to stay doing one thing for longer without aching. Not all of this is necessarily to do with just avoiding harmful things, it's also about using your body as much as possible so that it stays well conditioned, plus making sure you give it lots of good stuff and positive attention too.
